My experience with American way storage has been great this far. Even tho I'm usually not late Iam behind right now but haven't been harassed at all and they have been very leaniant and I thank them for that. Price wise I feel it's great compared to others the insurance is cheap and I know my stuff safe especially with the security cameras and the bright lights.

The ease of renting a unit was simply amazing! In todays world of technology to be able to rent a unit in less than 15 minutes was one of the reasons for me to rent. Also I had to call CS(Jamie) to get some clarification on the rent and they are extremely friendly and professional! I also wanted to note that there is ample room for trucks with trailers with no tight turns.
